Wave Watcher

Wave Watcher is a story about what it means to be an everyday hero, and what it means to be human. Twelve-year old Ray can’t sleep. His thoughts keep him awake-especially tonight, exactly one year after the terrible devastating event that changed his life forever. The gifted young writer’s pen has been silent since then, stilled by shock. Tonight Ray will break the silence. He will begin to write again. In looking back on his life, he will come to see how a broken-down house, a brother with only one lung, his father’s novel, a whisper in a cave, and a man-eating Chihuahua all play a part in the patterns in his life.
