We are all on a journey. The Holy Spirit is guiding us through life so that we might have a glorious reunion with God our Father. God’s desire for each of us is to have a relationship with Him. Developing and maintaining relationships takes time and effort. With God’s guidance we can draw nearer to Him each day as we study His word. The My Walk With God Devotional contains fifty-two weekly devotional commentaries. Each commentary provides insight into a topic about our relationship to God, His expectations of us, and the principles for Christian living. It is my prayer that all of God’s people will grow closer to Him through daily worship and study of His word. I pray that this devotional will become an important resource to you and that it will bless your life as you take this journey with God. Vivian A. Stephens is the oldest of six children born to Robert and Elizabeth Pitts. She is married to James M. Stephens, and is the proud mother of two daughters Monica Stamps (wife of Shalen Stamps) and Trista Stephens. Vivian earned her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics Education from the University of Georgia. She received her Master’s degree in Mathematics Education and her Educational Specialist degree in Mathematics Education from Georgia State University. Vivian has also earned her Associates, Bachelors, Graduates, Master’s and Doctoral degrees in Biblical Studies/Theology and Christian Education from the Community Fellowship College of Theology, a satellite school of the North Carolina College of Theology. Although Mathematics Education was Vivian’s chosen career for 30 years, She now uses her abilities as a teacher to share the word He has given her as He guides her in her relationship with Him.
