Jadzia Biddle is a poet who already has six poems published. Though she started this book at age 17 and finished it at 18, the book is divided into two parts; which equates to the two school years that took her to write this.

Her name is derived from Star Trek and she is a twin; both her and her family currently reside in New Jersey.
