AUTHOR: Chuck Kimmerle spent the first twenty-five years in photography as a staff photographer first, as a newspaper photojournalist, and later as university photographer. Throughout that time, he always enjoyed photographing landscapes. He considered it a way to escape the confines and schedules of work assignments and saw it as a way to keep photography fun. In 2010, he transitioned to shooting landscapes full time.
