In this book mechanisms of development of cancer cells through hybridisation of somatic cells are discussed which leads to the karyogamy, hybridisation, two synkaryon theory of carcinogenesis. In the case of perforations of plasmatic membranes when cells first approach each other, they then interact and in the case of perforations homology can produce double nuclear aggregation (dikaryon). After fusion of two nuclei inside the dikaryon a single nuclear hybrid cell, i.e. precancerous synkaryon, can be produced. Mechanism of cancerous transformation of precancerous cell into the final cancer cell is based on several molecular-genetic transformations. Cancer progression can be associated with the fusion of a cancer cell with the normal somatic cell. In the plasmatic membrane of the cancerous sincaryon an antigenic profile of the normal somatic cell is incorporated which preserves development of specific immune response. The book is dedicated to advanced academic level specialists.
