How the Garcia Girls Lost Their Accents

The Garc as Dr. Carlos (Papi), his wife Laura (Mami), and their four daughters, Carla, Sandra, Yolanda, and Sof a belong to the uppermost echelon of Spanish Caribbean society, descended from the conquistadores.
