Dex Poindexter is a neuroscientist conducting research on traumatic memories, looking for ways to treat or heal them. Under the guise of approved research, Dex discovers that memories can be copied and spread from person-to-person like viruses, implanting secret thoughts into their brains. While trying to manipulate his girlfriend with such infectious memories, Dex releases a secret power that can destroy far more than one small university biology department.
