I realized I was not a victim of anything, but the creator of my experience. Every time I felt anger, rage, jealousy or fear, I wasn’t allowing my well-being. I was beginning to understand the power of my thoughts and beliefs. I needed to continue to stay conscious of the way they made me feel.
