La Lucha Continues: Mujerista Theology

Just as God had to create us in order to fulfill the God-self, so personal self-fulfillment means embracing God’s love for each of us. This love makes each of us infinitely valuable and able to live fruitful lives by contributing to the happiness of others and to justice and peace in our world at large. The love of God, like all true love, is reciprocal. This is what spirituality is, our relationship with God, a concrete relationship that becomes reality in our love for one another. Spirituality is our love for God that calls us to engage each other, to share ourselves with each other.
