Our Solar System

From the Thinking About Science Series, Our Solar System is a comprehensive, fun-filled unit on the solar system. Students learn important facts about the history of astronomy, the sun, the planets, our moon, asteroids, meteoroids, comets, and more. They are also presented with opportunities to practice crucial critical- and creative-thinking skills. A variety of types of activities are included: creative writing, experimenting, research, math, analyzing, evaluating, and more.
