David Wagoner has published 24 books of poetry and 10 novels
nominated twice for the National Book Award
His novels, The Escape Artist, was turned into a film by executive producer Francis Ford Coppola
Wagoner served in an editorial capacity for a number of poetry enterprises, including the Princeton University Press Contemporary Poetry Series; the University of Missouri Press; and the literary journal Poetry Northwest.
