Launching Motor: A Summer’s Tale of Adventure and Exploration

It’s the 1950s in Oklahoma, USA. Gurt and his best friend Kent are typical kids, growing up in the American heartland. It’s a simple time filled with carefree days, star-filled nights and plenty of open spaces in which to play, explore and, occasionally, get into a little innocent trouble.Then one fateful day in the fall of 1957, that all changes. Something unimaginable and amazing happens, and it affects the lives of Gurt, Kent, their families-and just about everyone they know. Including one innocent bystander who just happened to be in the wrong place at the right time.
