We Thank Thee, O God, for a Prophet: A Guide to Sustaining the Living Prophet in the Latter Days

We live in a time of great promise. But we also live in a time of darkness and confusion, a time in which people call good evil and evil good. We have never been in greater need of truth and guidance. Thankfully, we find hope for the future in Jesus Christ. Central to His kingdom on earth is His living prophet – the man raised up to lead God’s children to safety and salvation. We need a living prophet more now than at any other time in the earth’s history. We can rejoice and thank God that we have a prophet, but we must understand exactly what the office of prophet is and precisely what we are under covenant to do to sustain him.
