Meet the Pirates of Pondering, a group of adventurers who learn that searching for treasure means so much more than gold! This is the first in a series of 8 stories for children aged 3-7 years that have been written for educators and parents as they help children to develop early thinking skills and concepts that promote flexible mindsets. In this first story, we meet the Pirates of Pondering on a beach in Bermuda. They are startled by a brain who sends them on a mysterious quest. The series of stories follows the adventures of 6 pirates on their journey to find a treasure much better than gold. Their success depends upon using their Brain Super Powers, persisting in the face of challenge, learning from mistakes and working together! This first step on their journey helps the pirates to see that there is much more beyond the sand and sea.
