Everyone loved Doris, which made it the more shocking when residents at Grafton Nursing Home learned of her shocking suicide. However, to her family and some residents and employees, the nursing home’s activities director was murdered. In the new suspense novel by author Frank Williams, Sinister Haven, the reactions are mixed to Doris’ demise, as well to the realization that the nursing home’s mismanagement by the son of the home’s original owners, Tim, will continue.
