Louisiana Fairytales: Season One
Enzo Lombard
Enzo Lombard makes his publishing debut in the novella format with the series Louisiana Fairytales. Initially written as a sequel to his off-Broadway award winning play Love, Humiliation & Karaoke directed by two time Emmy winner W. Kamau Bell ( United Shades of America ), there proved to be too much material for theatrical run-times. Louisiana Fairytales was first released as a serial on Facebook in 2012, Tales of the City style, writing about events that had happened the current week, and releasing new episodes periodically.
Prior to acting, Enzo wrote a travel column for gay quarterly STEAM magazine, covering Asia and Central America. He also directed historical documentaries on the Rainbow Coalition and the Progressive Era, and fronted bands in London, New York, and San Francisco with members of Counting Crow and Third Eye Blind. Enzo’s aunt and uncle ran Baltimore’s first gay bar, Pepper Hill (named after their two great danes) was the sight of a police raid in 1955 which inspired Pepper Hill police conduct laws still on the books to this day.
Enzo and his husband currently live in San Francisco and New Orleans. http://www.youtube.com/enzosfhttps://www.facebook.com/louisianafairytales
