Postcard Tales: Short Stories from Truth to Spoof About Airplanes, Animals, And Kids

The initial inspiration for this book of short stories started from stories I would write on the back of postcards. The postcard pictures would provide a launching point for an imaginative tale. A story seemed like a more fun way to send a greeting than just saying, Having a good time, wish you were here! There’s not much room on the back of a postcard, so I would write as small as possible and use every square millimeter of space.On later travels, I would bring along a little notebook and use writer’s license to create a little color to my adventures. However, sometimes my adventures were enough of an adventure to just tell the story as it happened. This book is a compilation of entertaining stories from real life to animal life to a bit of imagination. I hope you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoyed writing them.
