The Milky Way Galaxy's gravitational forces are tearing apart the Sagittarius Dwarf Galaxy in which the Planet Gareth resides. The space between stars and planets is generally so vast that when galaxies collide or are torn apart planets are rarely damaged. However, Gareth just happens to be in the wrong place at the wrong time.

As the planet is being destroyed, three sisters, the sole survivors, prepare to leave. They agree to travel in one body--Crystal's. She takes their energy spirits into herself, reduces her body to radio-light waves, and heads for Earth, arriving via sunbeam and materializing on the naked back of Mac Dakota, a.k.a "Alleycatmac."

As Crystal tells us about Gareth--an older, more evolved planet-- we learn why they had no government, no religions, no doctors, hospitals, crime, or jails. Why all male were hermaphrodites. Why their attitudes about sex and love were/are unique. In other words, this sci-fi story is significantly more than a simple romance.
