E.W. Davis was born in Brantford, Ontario on July 4, 1951. He is the fifth child of twelve and is considered to be somewhat of a whacko. He possesses absolutely no educational foundation and yet continues to write at a level equal to any patient in any institution in Canada or the USA.

For him, this book in its entirety is a work of art. Though is does contain a certain artistic overview, I must admit that he is not the type of person I would invite to a formal dinner or even social gathering at the local halfway house.

I feel compelled to warn you that this book may lead you to crying spells, and the occasional tug at the heartstrings. If you begin to feel anxiety, or cannot put it down, take several rye and cokes and call in sick in the morning.

I’d love to stay and tell you more, but I’ve had all of this that I can take in just one reading.

Respectfully, and with little fear,
-Ivan O Pen
