The little field mouse was sitting on a fence looking very sad. When a lady out walking came upon him, she asked him what was wrong and why he was so sad. He told her his little mice cousins were coming to visit him today, and the sun wasn't shining. He really wanted the sun to shine; they had great plans to play outside. With that, the lady said, "Don't be sad, you and I will visit the sun." She took a magic back pack off her back and pulled out a magic ladder and told the little mouse to hop on. They soared up and up into the sky. The little field mouse had the biggest smile ever on his face; it went right back to his ears.
