I am married to my life partner, Mrs. Neda Elaine Finn. We have six children, one son and five daughters. I am a grandfather and great-grandfather. I am a United States Army veteran (retired) with thirty-one years of service to country. I am a 2016 graduate of Culinard Institute Culinary Program at Virginia College Richmond, Virginia.
