Ava has BiG Dreams

Ava had big dreams but not big supporters. She was just like any other little girl, but at a young age, Ava was not treated the same. She was always bullied at school. They told her that she isn’t pretty, and no one would sit beside her at lunch. This would make her very sad and at times, Ava would cry. One day, she decided to tell her mother what was happening at school. Her mother gave her great advice. The next day, Ava looked at herself in the mirror and told herself wonderful things. She held her head high and began to stand up to her bullies. This confidence took her through elementary school, and she graduated top of her class.High school came with its own set of troubles. She had even more bullies and more friends. She persisted despite the teasing for she had her eyes on her dreams - to become successful and inspire other black girls. Other high, Ava realized that college was very hard and was ready to take a break. Once again, her mother gave her advice and the next morning, she did her affirmations………
