James McGregor is a druggie in Minneapolis, Minnesota, without much direction but chock full of brilliant, controversial ideas. The study focuses on sufferers of schizophrenia and pays six hundred bucks a month. It's too good to pass up. The application of this new test drug has some unforeseen consequences for James. Soon, his Marine Corps security clearance is activated, and James finds himself battling ISIS-piloted fighter jets over the deserts of Syria in a neck and neck chase to stop aviation terrorism.
