\“Rufi\” was born in the Black Forest in Germany. One day he wanted to explore the forest by himself. After begging his mother, she finally allowed him to go alone. She had already taught him the Rules of the Forest, but before he could go, he had to recite them. When he was able to do so, his mother let him go. Unfortunately, Rufi broke almost all the rules and he got into some real problems. Rufi learned the hard way that when elders teach rules, it is important that they be followed always. This book can be enjoyed by most young ages, such as four to ten or twelve. The youngest would enjoy having it read to them while closely looking at the illustrations so beautifully done.
