When a young boy, Paul Blair, from a lower middle class New York Family attends an exclusive British Boarding College, and is befriended by a young Knight of the British Realm. He obtains two Masters Degrees, so his life should have been set. When on leaving College Paul Blair is recruited into the military, and has a distinguished career in Special Forces, before finally going into the world of International construction management. But fate is a fickle companion, through a series of difference circumstances; he is recruited into construction management for the UN. While there he is set the task because of his past experiences to collect enough evidence to have his former friend Sir Charles Spencer, (also a construction engineer), brought to stand trial before the International Court of Justice at The Hague, for crimes against Humanity. Through work and chasing down evidence he will travel to several countries, before he has enough evidence. As in all these things it will end tragically for one of them and their families.
