For many years I have had to deal with stress in my life. As I got older the stress increased and became more and more unmanageable. As a Christian I knew that the Lord did not want me to live a life full of stress. I knew that somewhere in the Bible was the answer.As I started writing about stress the Lord gave me many insights into a solution. He showed me that when I was caught up in stress, I was not trusting in Him. He also showed me several principals to help set me free from stress. With the Lord’s help I was able to experience freedom from stress for the first time.This book contains the insights the Lord has shown me. My prayer is that through this book the Lord will help others find freedom from stress.
