I loved this book!. Right from the start, it captured my interest. I really like how well you could sense the emotion and feelings felt by the characters. It really made me feel like I was right there with them. This book is perfect for upper elementary and even middle school aged children. The detail at the end of the story was perfect, it answered all of the questions that the title left me asking. I think this could be the first book in a great series. I’ll definitely be buying this for my daughter. Mary Lavdas, Parent Rose Wood has a background in Medical Social Work. She has both professional and personal experience with children. Her writing reflects her understanding of the emotional nature of her characters’ personalities that add to their delightful antics and charm. The rich spiritual insights Rose demonstrates in Saluki’s Adventures comes from her background as a Religious Educator.
