By the edict of a King it does, but we do not depend on Kings to develop the word of Al Mighty God! In English, the word Ekklesia reads as ( ) and translates to Congregation (and/or) Assembly. The Greek word for Church, rarely used, is from the word Kuriakon. This will be discussed in some detail in Chapter Two of this workbook.
