The Life of Eli Summerfield, centers on an old Southern redneck farmer. As a former U.S. Marine, he is heartless, uneducated, and rough as a corncob. After his daughter attempts to steal his estate, he leaves it all, living exciting times on the highway as a wayfaring stranger. He is angry with God and rejects any possible relationship. For that reason, one calamity after another befalls him. He strikes a deal with Satan who claims that paradise is on earth, and promises him many beautiful women.
