The majority of churches are operated as an organization when in reality the church is an organism and must be governed by God, the Holy Spirit, and does not follow the rules of organizational management. It is necessary for the church to have strong, united and faithful workers. The workers must be taught what their duties in the Body of Christ are and how to perform them within their area of expertise.
