The Great Congress Park Rescue

It was a warm summer day in Saratoga Springs, New York. Tyler and his Dad spent the morning at Congress Park. Together they rode the carousel and visited the big fishpond. They climbed the monument steps and watched the famous Park ducks swim.

But when it was time for lunch, they heard a commotion over by the Spirit of Life Fountain. There was a duck that had gotten stuck! A stuck duck!
