Caleb Donovan has one shot to redeem his family name. All he has to do is take a rundown apartment building and turn it into luxury condos. Unfortunately, that would also turn the local dog park into a parking lot. But the building’s residents aren’t having it. Caleb is faced with outright revolt, led by building manager Riley Carson and her canine sidekick.
