Resilient and upbeat, Tess quickly picks up the pieces and accepts a job at the High Grove Animal Shelter that will enable her to put her skills to use. Soon Tess feels she’s found her perfect place at the shelter. Add to that her budding relationship with fellow dog lover Mason-who has a smile that could melt even the most indifferent of hearts-Tess finds a newfound confidence in her life.
