Randy Evers Milhouse was now a licensed Private Investigator and this was his first case. On the recommendations of the County District Attorney, he is hired by an insurance company to ascertain that Laverne Sparks Payne and Linda Sparks Burns, daughters of Joseph Sparks, were the only rightful heirs to their now-deceased father’s estate.
