Living with her partner, Tony, his parents and their precocious teenage son, Alberta Granger considers she belongs to the perfect modern extended family. Her catering business is booming and her daughter, Hannah, is embarking on a glittering career. In fact, Alberta’s only preoccupation is why Tony seems unduly upset by his ex-wife’s forthcoming marriage.
