A Study of the Regional Cultures of Chinese Traditional Villages in Shaanxi Province

A Study on the Regional Culture of Chinese Traditional Villages in Shaanxi Province analyses the traditional villages of China’s Shaanxi Province in the context of the natural environment and human history and explores the cultural diversity accommodating the orthodox, nomadic, farming and immigrant cultures represented in the traditional villages of different regions of this province. This research boasts a unique academic value of expounding the historical significance of traditional villages from a cultural perspective and contributing to strengthening the protection of traditional villages. Constructive suggestions are also given on how to protect and develop traditional villages to implement practical policies and drive future research.
