Griffin Strong introduces us to a young and precocious eight-year-old boy in the year 1938. Kevin’s grandfather, the owner of an opera company, has taught him the art of conducting an orchestra and chorus in George Gershwin’s Summer Time. Arthur O. Gallo was a sergeant during WWII, from 1942-45. He attended Loyola University, Chicago, from 1952-53. Arthur also attended the Diploma Extension Course Institute in 1966 and Long Ridge Writers Group: Breaking Into Print in 2010.
