Seth is a toy who lives in a tiny house at the end of Tumbleweed Road. Along with him there live other handmade toys, as well as the toy maker and her big dog, Chewy. Every day, Seth hangs from his toy stand and worries a lot about many things. One day he even falls off the table, bangs his head, and has to wear a bandage until the toymaker can fix him. Although his friends tell him it could be worse, Seth is now even more afraid than before. He decides that life involves too much risk!
Seth decides to go and live in his room and never come back out. But when he gets there, he finds himself thinking very hard about what he is missing. Can Seth be brave enough to face the danger in the real world? In this children’s story, a timid toy learns that even though he can’t always stop bad things from happening he can always choose what to do about it.
