I started writing the ‘Alaska Animal Tails’ series to teach children and children at heart, about my home Alaska. I try to tell my stories from the animal’s perspective and the lay of the land from their view. If you read a story of a Beaver, Bison, or Owl I would like you to feel as though you are the same as they are. My hope is when you finish reading my story you have learned something new you can keep.
