As the youngest of five children, the experiences and events that I have encountered are enclosed. My poems are a coping mechanism that I have used for years to deal with situations and issues throughout life. In these pages, you can find love, sorrow, comfort, laughter, romance, and sincerity. All of my writings are actual feelings, whether mine or someone else’s, that come from the heart. Poetry has been a passion of mine for many years and has served as an outlet for emotions and feelings that have been captured in moments of time. As you turn through the pages…lose yourself in the words, and enjoy the moments of pleasure I hope you will find while reading each page. Have faith in yourself and believe in what you can achieve. To me, my book is a goal reached, a dream achieved, a hope of success, and a blessing beyond words.
