Scrappy is sent to a new home when he is just a puppy. He is scared because everything is so much bigger then him. A cat named Jeepers befriends him. Jeepers helps him through his journey to find out about himself and gives him the name Scrappy. He is picked on by the big dogs about his size. They laugh and tease him. They even start calling him names until they realize he is special.
