The author, Stephen Michael Jester, II, was born on April 27, 1988. Twenty-three hours later, in a hospital nursery, he was recorded as clinically dead. He was revived after an indeterminate length of time but, within a week, his doctor expressed no hope for his survival. After an intercession, by the Virgin Mary, he was thought to be on the road to recovery. Instead, at eighteen months, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, which has permanently confined him to a wheelchair. Then, at three years of age, he was diagnosed with ulcerative colitis. His grandmother claims, that since the age of one, he has been able to converse with angels. The author has stated that on multiple occasions, he has spoken to Jesus Christ, in the flesh. Also, he has a very unique one-on-one relationship with God. Since his earliest days, women have been greatly attracted to him and he is also to them. Due to occasional feelings frustration, anger and depression, his relationships often reside in a love-hate realm. This body of work was written by the author between the ages of 14 and 21. It represents a multiyear journey of personal growth and discovery. The journey chronicles how he painfully struggled, with his feelings and relationships, while trying to bridge the gap between adolescence and adulthood. Was he ultimately successful? Read the book, then you can be the judge.
