An audacious young pig finds a hat, and decides wearing it makes him a magician. A large cow, scatterbrained ducks, a dog who sells pies, a mayor, and even a king are convinced. Then suddenly, the real magician appears, and wants his hat back. Even this doesn't faze the pig, who talks his way out and dances off down the road.
