Ali Daci u lind me 03,12,1959, ne Dacaj te Rozhajes. Kater klaset e para te fillores i kreu ne vendlindje, ne gjuhen serbe, ndersa kater te tjerat ne shkollen shqipe te Noveselles te Pejes. Shkollen e mesme e perfundoi ne Peje, kurse studimet per Gjuhe e letersi i kreu ne SHLP "Bajram Curri" ne Gjakove. Ali Daci eshte bashkepunetor i Radio Televizionit te Malit te Zi-Redaksia ne Gjuhen shqipe dhe pas luftes per dy vjet me radhe ka qene korrespodent i Radio Pejes. Bashkepunoj me gazetat dhe shtypin e kohes si Bota Sot, Pavaresia, Iliria Post , Koha javore dhe ne faqet e tyre ka botuar publikime qe lidhen me gjendjen dhe poziten e shqiptareve ne Mal te Zi dhe Sanxhak. Daci ka dhene fillet e para te veprimtarise humane dhe atdhetare te personaliteteve, si Jakup Kombi, Aqif Blyta, Xhemail Konica, Osman Rastoderi etj.
