Swedish mining entrepreneur Tue Cramling fails to strike gold, and decides to take life into another direction. He takes a flight to Auckland and starts working at a local restaurant. Things seem to be working out fine. One day, he hears a mysterious sound from far away. The digger that he is, curiosity compels him to leave and find the origin of the enigmatic humming that nobody else seems to be hearing. The majestic jungle of Aotearoa infuses him with a newfound spirit while testing his survival skills to the maximum. After his 600-mile hike, Tue reaches the inner depths of heartland forest. There, he finally stands eye to eye with one of Earth's most impressive species officially declared extinct: the giant moa. Sharing territory with the marvelous beast, however, makes Tue realize that some pieces of the puzzle don't entirely fit together. Did he go through a time warp, is it all a bad dream, or is something else entirely going on?
