The Revd Dr Margaret Thrall, Biblical Scholar, Priest, and Advocate for the ordination of women in the Church in Wales was also the recipient of the prestigious Burkitt Medal. In 2022, an inaugural lecture was established in her memory at St Deiniols Cathedral, Bangor. This book is the text of that inaugural lecture given by The Revd Jarel Adrian Robinson-Brown in October 2022. It discusses the importance of Christian anthropology as established at the Council of Chalcedon in 451 AD, and relates the anthropological framework of Chalcedon to the brutal murder of George Floyd in 2020.
