When Tod Peterson decided to go to a literary evening in the heart of Edinburgh, primarily for the free wine, he got more than he bargained for. It was there he met the Reverend Callum Mackie, retired Special Boat Service officer, MI5 operative and Kirk of Scotland Minister. It was the Reverend Mackie who took Tod later the same evening to Leith Docks where he met Bayani, a Filipino sailor whose dark tales of the sea led Tod and consequently JP Associates to go in search of his grand, hooded phantom. That search would lead them all into some very murky waters indeed.
