The Bioptic Review was started out of a vision to create liaisons between insular poetry circles, and to bridge ideological divides between writers of the English, French and Spanish languages, with the hope to circulate ideas between the literary spaces that stretch from North America to Central and South America, and across the Atlantic Ocean to Europe, most notably to Paris, France where the majority of the Bioptic Review poets, artists, and writers are situated. La Revista Bioptica nacio de una vision de unir circulos de poesia aislados y hacer puentes entre divisiones ideologicas entre escritores en las lenguas de ingles, de frances, y de castellana, con la esperanza de hacer circular ideas entre los espacios literarios que se extienden de America del Norte hasta Centroamerica y America del Sur y a traves del Oceano Atlantico hasta Europa, principalmente en Paris, Francia donde la mayoria de las poetas, artistas, y escritores viven. La Revue Bioptique est nee d'une vision de construire des liens entre des cercles de poesie insulaires et de faire des ponts entre les divisions ideologiques des ecrivains anglophones, francophones, et hispanophones, avec l'espoir de faire passer des idees entre les espaces litteraires qui vont de l'Amerique du nord a l'Amerique centrale et a l'Amerique du Sud, et a travers l'Ocean Atlantique jusqu'a l'Europe, notamment a Paris, France ou la majorite des poetes, artistes, et ecrivains de la Revue Bioptique vivent.
