Siquirres posee una economia dinamica, de base agricola, destacandose la produccion de banano y pina; con un importante aporte del turismo de aventura y una floreciente actividad agro-industrial y comercial y unos paisajes deslumbrantes que van desde las tierras altas de la Cordillera de Talamanca, hasta las bajas de las costas que la integran a la Barra y a Parismina.
