OUT OF TIME is an 86,000 word young adult fantasy that chronicles a young girl questioning her strength, her motivations, and what it means to love. Soph, a third-generation witch, only has one magical gift to her name and her family needs her to use it to break a curse. Her gift is the ability to travel through time. The problem is that she’s not accurate. The thought of traveling back in time hundreds of years scares her to death, but death is what she faces if she doesn’t succeed. Coerced into attempting what Soph thinks is impossible, the young witch learns that she must save the life of the son of the man who cursed her family. It’s the only way the curse can be broken and her family spared from their fate. But jumping through time isn’t all it’s cracked up to be. Surviving a shipwreck and being accused of witchcraft in seventeenth century New England complicates things for Soph. If she can’t save the man she’s looking for in time she, risks getting stuck in the past.
